Steps To Starting ABA Therapy
1
Obtain Diagnosis
Most insurances require an autism diagnosis. Some insurances will accept other diagnoses. We are happy to check with your insurance benefits for you.
2
Contact Us
Fill out the online screening form (see below).
3
Verify Coverage
Our team can work directly with your child's insurance to verify coverage of ABA therapy.
4
Meet & Greet
Come take a tour of our center, meet our team, and learn about our program to make sure we are a good fit for your child and family.
5
Assessment
Schedule an intake interview and a direct skills assessment with one of our Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
6
Recommendations
Following the assessment, we will create a report and an individualized plan for parents to review and provide input. This plan will be submitted to insurance for approval.
7
Begin Services
Once your child's insurance approves the treatment plan and recommended hours, your child is ready to begin receiving ABA therapy.

Do you have BCBS-MI insurance?
The autism diagnosis must be obtained at an Approved Autism Evaluation Center (AAEC). The only AAEC located in the UP is in Marquette. Request for your pediatrician to send a referral to this location and you will receive a packet in the mail to fill out. Once, they receive the packet back, you will be called to schedule an appointment.
