Behavior Technicians implement ABA programs in a 1:1 teaching format to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disorders. Behavior technicians will play a key part in the success of multiple learners everyday by helping them grow to their full potential. 
 

  • Pay $17-$22 per hour with opportunities to increase.

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

  • High School diploma or GED (Bachelor's preferred).

  • Pass a state and national 10 year background check.

  • Completion of a 40-hour training course in behavior analysis (you pay for but are reimbursed).

  • Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or ability to obtain RBT certification within 3 months of hire.

  • Pass all required trainings within 90 days of start date.

  • Must maintain RBT certification and remain in good standing with the certification board for the duration of employment.

  • Experience working with individual with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred. 

 

Behavior Technician

Administrative Assistant and Scheduling Coordinator

Northwoods Learning Center is seeking an Administrative Assistant and Scheduling Coordinator who will manage and assist with a range of tasks that drive center performance and productivity. This position plays a key role in creating, updating, and managing therapy schedules, coordinating with the clinical team (BCBA/BCaBA/RBT), and ensuring learners receive the care they need while maximizing treatment time.​

​

  • Start date: Mid February

  • Monday-Friday 7:30AM-4PM with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.

  • Position does require adjusting schedules outside of business hours when staff or clients call-out.

  • $16-22 an hour based on experience, education, and overall qualifications.

  • Raises are based on performance.

Program Manager (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)

This position is primarily responsible for conducting functional behavior analyses, generating related behavior plans, generating skill acquisition programs, ensure the effective implementation of all treatment and programming for clients aged 18 months and older on their case load.
