Clinical Supervisors

Angela Thiel, MA, BCBA

Owner and Clinical Director

Angela received a bachelors degree in Biology from Taylor University and a masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University. Angela has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since November of 2019. Angela is also a Safety Care Trainer and certified to teach Safety Care for Families.

Angela has been in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2011 and has provided and supervised ABA therapy in clinic, home, school, and community settings. Angela founded Northwoods Learning Center to provide quality ABA services to local Michigan and Wisconsin families.

Claire Jauquet, BS, BCaBA

Claire Jauquet has worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2020 and is a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA). She assists with assessments, behavior-support plans, and skill-acquisition programming while working under the supervision of a program manager. Claire is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis through Ball State University.

Claire enjoys collaborating with her team, staying organized, and creating a positive and supportive environment for clients, families, and staff. She is also passionate about training and supporting new team members as they develop their skills and confidence. Claire is a certified trainer in both Safety-Care and Safety Care for families

Jessica Tunnicliff, BS

Operations Manager

Jessica received a bachelors degree in Health and Fitness Management from Northern Michigan University. Since then, she has worked for over five years in office administration. Her degree fuels her love of standing desks and taking stretching breaks so that she can better assist and support her co-workers and clients every day.

Jessica manages the daily operations of the center. She oversees components of the business operations, insurance billing, staff management, ensures compliance with regulations, and optimizes overall center performance. Reach out to Jessica with any question or concerns with scheduling or billing.

Amber Hansen, MBA

Admin Assistant

Amber received her Masters Degree in Business Administration from University of Phoenix. Her overall mission is to assist individuals to achieve their ultimate potential and help them smile while doing it.

If you catch her one-on-one, you may find yourself in a conversation with her sharing her love for her faith and family, running or dreaming of her next adventure. When you see her in the office, she enjoys learning quick tips to everyday living and hearing about something you are enjoying about your day! She looks forward to serving you!
