Behavior Technicians implement ABA programs in a 1:1 teaching format to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disorders. Behavior technicians will play a key part in the success of multiple learners everyday by helping them grow to their full potential.

Program Manager (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
This position is primarily responsible for conducting functional behavior analyses, generating related behavior plans, generating skill acquisition programs, ensure the effective implementation of all treatment and programming for clients aged 18 months and older on their case load.

Lead Registered Behavior Technician
The Lead RBT position is a leadership position. In addition to Lead RBTs implementing ABA programs in a 1:1 teaching format to children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disorders, RBTs may assist with the onboarding/training of new behavior technicians, provide support to behavior technicians on the floor in challenging situations, lead groups, and assist with assessments. RBTs will be assigned paid indirect float time up to 30% of hours worked, after all direct shifts are covered.

Program Manager Assistant
Program Manager Assistants (PMA’s) are trained by and work directly under a Program Manager. As a PMA acquires new skills, their Program Manager will slowly add hours from their own caseloads and give them to the PMA. The Program Manager is in charge of the hours being added to the PMA’s case (until the PMA becomes a BCBA).

Administrative Assistant and Scheduling Coordinator
The Administrative Assistant and Scheduling Coordinator will work under the Operation Manager to manage and assist with a range of tasks that drive center performance and productivity. The main responsibility will managing the behavior technician and parent schedules.​
